"I truly love this brand, but bought 3 of these umbrellas for my house in Dominican Republic and the quality is just unacceptable. The screws of all of them has fallen off, the bases get rusty every week even though we clean them with special products. I payed a lot of money for them plus the delivery to DOMINICAN rep. It’s insane."
