Who can apply for Wholesale?
Wholesale accounts are open to retailers that resell products to consumers. If you own a physical store, an online shop, or any other retail establishment, you can apply.
To apply, you'll need:
- Proof that you operate as a reseller in the relevant industry.
- The necessary business documentation, such as a business license, tax ID, or VAT number.
- An established website or social media presence showcasing your business.
- A physical store location, or online website for your store.

Is a Wholesale account the same as a Trade account?
Wholesale accounts are for resellers who buy products in bulk to sell at retail prices. In contrast, Trade accounts are for professionals who purchase products to meet the needs of their own business. Wholesale accounts have different discount thresholds, require larger order quantities, and need a physical store location. If you’re interested in Trade accounts instead, please fill out a Trade Inquiry Form.

How do I know if I was approved for the Wholesale discount?
After you submit your Wholesale account application, our team will review it within 5-6 business days. You'll get an email from our team if there is interest.
If you don’t hear back within 5-6 business days or have any questions about your application status, just reach out to our Customer Support Team. They will provide you with the latest information on your application.
If you are located in North America, you will be lead to apply for our Business Portal. After you submit your Business Portal application, our team will review it within 1-2 business days. You'll get an email letting you know if you’ve been approved or not.
