Trade accounts are open to professionals and businesses in various industries who need to purchase products at discounted rates. If you’re an interior decorator, cafe/restaurant owner, contractor, or any other industry expert needing bulk purchases, you’re eligible to apply. 

We welcome businesses that:

• Operate within a relevant industry and require our products for professional use.
• Have the necessary business documentation, such as a business license, tax ID, or VAT number.
• Maintain an established website or social media presence showcasing their business.
• Can provide a brief description of their projects, whether residential or commercial.

While Trade and Wholesale (Retailer) accounts both use our Business Club portal, there are some key differences. Retailer accounts are for resellers who buy in bulk to sell at retail prices. Trade accounts, on the other hand, are for purchases that meet the needs of your business directly. Retailer accounts have different discount thresholds, require larger order quantities, and need a physical store location. If you’re interested in that instead, just fill out the same form and be sure to select “Retailer” instead of “Trade," and our team will let you know if you qualify! 

The Trade discount is a special 20% off our entire collection. Once approved, you'll get access to our Business Club Portal, where you can shop our catalog at this discounted rate. Plus, if you're part of our Pleasure Points Program, you can use your points towards your purchase - though other discounts won’t apply.

After you submit your Trade account application, our team will review it within 1-2 business days. You'll get an email letting you know if you’ve been approved or not.
