Care
  • Frame: Wipe down regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly to maintain the powder-coated finish.
  • Cushions: Spot clean with mild soap and water. Allow cushions to air dry completely before placing back on the frame.
  • Slipcover: Spot clean only. Do not machine wash. Air dry. Do not dry clean.
  • Fabric Care: While Pleasuretex® fabric is designed to resist fading, mildew, and moisture, we recommend storing cushions or using a furniture cover during extended periods of rain or when not in use.

Unfortunately, the fulfillment and delivery experience completely soured the purchase for me. I found the delivery timelines presented on the website to be misleading based on my experience, and getting clear information about the status of my order required repeated calls, emails, and follow-ups. On several occasions, I was told someone would contact the warehouse and get back to us, and those promised updates did not happen. Even after receiving notification that the order had shipped, it took additional effort to determine where the shipment actually was and when I could expect delivery. Business & Pleasure Co. has a beautiful and unique product offering, but based on my experience with fulfillment, communication, and delivery, I unfortunately cannot see myself ordering from them again."
