Received used cart with messed up wheels

"Received a used product with stains and signs of wheels being worn. No breaks which is an issue with loading and unloading in the parking lot. Handle is too short to pull if you are taller than 5’11”. Like others said, the wheels are janky and other pieces are loose too. Would not recommend."

Very good quality, however

"The cart is very well built, however I had to turn the rear wheels around. They are non-castering but are installed backwards which caused them to try to turn around on their own. So instead of tracking naturally they were actually sliding a little bit sideways which caused some pulling resistance. After turning them around the cart pulled much easier. I thought that they might have been installed backwards by accident but they are like that in all of the photos. Overall though we are very satisfied."

Gorgeous

"This was an absolutely perfect gift for my daughter's birthday. The cart with the matching black striped umbrella was all she needed for her trips to the beach. Everything about this was high-quality. The wheels were super strong, the fabric/material was not only well-made, it was gorgeous, and steering it with the handle was a dream - even with the baby sitting in it! Save your money

"It’s aesthetically very cute. The wheels are not ideal for the beach and the materials are cheap. The shipping was $30 but took three weeks to arrive. When I did email, I only received AI response…Overall would not buy from this company again."
