For all West Coast orders, please allow 1-2 business days for arrival once shipped.

Ordering & Availability
For backordered or out of stock items that are purchased, you will be sent an email promptly. In this case, customers can decide whether they’d like to order a replacement, receive store credit, or a full refund.
For pre-orders, the date of delivery is an approximate and we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date. If the approximate delivery date is subject to change you will be notified via email.
Returns and Refunds Policy
All Business & Pleasure Co. orders are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or exchanges due to ‘change of mind’ or incorrect purchases.
Exchanges or store credits are approved at the discretion of Business & Pleasure Co. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
For Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us at email@example.com. We will request photos of the damage to be attached in your email. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Please ship the damaged/faulty item back in its original packaging with all tags in place. We will assess the item upon return of the product. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
