Merry & Bright Cocktail With Sprouted Kitchen

MERRY & BRIGHT BATCHED COCKTAIL WITH SPROUTED KITCHEN

You can make this batched cocktail with prosecco instead of soda water, I think either works! The prosecco version probably has more flavor, but the holiday is a full day of adult beverages and we wanted to keep this one light. It works either way!

Store it in a small carafe and guests can serve themselves with a glass of ice and a soda or Prosecco splash to finish it.

MERRY & BRIGHT BATCHED COCKTAIL

Ingredients

  • 9 oz. of vodka or dry gin - such as Tanqueray
  • 7 oz. of St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
  • 4 oz. of fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz. of pomegranate juice
  • 1 large lemon - peeled into 6 lemon twists
  • 12 oz. of sparkling water or Prosecco

Directions

Into a large jar, combine the vodka or gin, St. Germaine, lemon juice and pomegranate juice and give it a stir. Store that in the fridge for up to 5 days.

To serve, fill a glass with ice (large cubes if you have the molds for them), a lemon twist, then fill it ¾ of the way full with the cocktail mixture and finish it with club soda or prosecco. Give it a stir and serve.

Tips

Make the base and store it in a jar for up for 5 days.
