I Wanted to Love It

"Purchased from Pottery Barn and it was presumably drop shipped directly from Business & Pleasure. I received it and immediately used it as an everyday bag. The same day, the seam unraveled and immediately there was a large hole next to the zipper. This is not the first time I've received a defective drop ship product from this company--a similar issue occurred with a pool float from Anthropologie that arrived sealed and outwardly undamaged but with a cut in it. Wondering if you reserve your worst products for your third party distributors or if I just have bad luck."

Q&A

Is it insulated ? I would like to store my baby's powdered formula in it too without it being exposed to high temperatures when I go to the beach.
The beach bag sadly is not, but I'd recommend the Cooler Backpack or Cooler Tote Bag if you want something insulated for the baby formula!
Does this bag zip closed from the top like the cooler tote? Or does it only have a zipped interior pocket?
