Great product, inattentive outbound shipment oversight

"On June 27, I was told that my order was shipped. After several business days I looked at shipment status which indicated as "on it's way" even though a review of the Detailed Status indicated "label had printed" and nothing else. Same status after another few days. I then notified Customer Service and things started to happen and my order actually did show some movement as of July 3. I received on July 10. Also, when I ordered, I elected to pay an additional $10 for expedited shipment. . ."
