I Wanted to Love It

"Purchased from Pottery Barn and it was presumably drop shipped directly from Business & Pleasure. I received it and immediately used it as an everyday bag. The same day, the seam unraveled and immediately there was a large hole next to the zipper. This is not the first time I've received a defective drop ship product from this company--a similar issue occurred with a pool float from Anthropologie that arrived sealed and outwardly undamaged but with a cut in it. Wondering if you reserve your worst products for your third party distributors or if I just have bad luck."
