"The lounger is great. Shipping was the worst experience I can imagine. I wasn’t home, the driver called when they were 15 min away and left these huge packages in my driveway. In the dark when I arrived home, had to break down the boxes (which were too heavy to drag anywhere) and unpack in order to get the chairs inside.
