Can I return something I bought online to a store?
Unfortunately, no! Our Beach House uses different systems, so if you purchased in store, it'll need to be returned in store, and if you purchased online, it'll need to be returned online. Our returns policy is explained in greater detail here!
Can I pick up my online order in store?
We are sorry, but we are unable to assist with order pick-ups from our online store due to utilizing a separate system. The retail team would be happy to help you place the order over the phone for items in stock for in-store pickup, we suggest giving them a call at (949) 324-2939
What forms of payment do you accept in stores?
Our stores accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. At this time, we don’t accept cash or split payments between multiple cards.
Can I use an online discount code in stores?
No — online discount codes can only be redeemed on our website. If you’re shopping in-store, a sales associate can help you find any current in-store offers.
Do you carry all of your online items in stores?
We don’t carry every online item in our stores due to limited space, but we always make sure to stock our best sellers and core styles. If you’re looking for something specific that isn’t available in-store, one of our associates can help you place an online order right away.
